1st Community Credit Union is excited to be rolling out several new enhancements in the coming year!  We are excited about the opportunities these new platforms.  We will be sending letters and emails in 2022 when we get closer to launching the new platforms.  We encourage all members to watch our website, follow us on Facebook, read the emails and eNewsletters we send out, and watch your mailbox for information next Spring!
  • Online Account Opening:  New members are able to join from the comfort of their home with our convenient online account opening, PLUS existing members can add a new account without needing to come to the branch!  Add a Secondary Savings, Ultimate Savings, Money Market or Checking account to your account lineup to make it easier to manage your funds!  More About Online Account Opening

  • New Online Banking Coming In 2022:  1st CCU teams are working behind the scenes to finalize the development of an ALL NEW online banking platform. When the new Online Banking is rolled out in late Spring 2022 you'll find all of the account management tools you have come to appreciate in our current online banking, PLUS some new and exciting features to improve your banking experience.
  • New Mobile App Coming In 2022:  Along with the new Online Banking we're also rolling out a new Mobile App! The new App and the new Online Banking will work together, with the ability to utilize those Online Banking features you appreciate directly in the Mobile App without needing to log into Online Banking. 

Here's What You Can Do To Prepare For The New Online Banking and Mobile App Coming in Spring 2022:

  1. Verify your email address and cell phone now to help ensure you'll have a smooth transition to the new Online and Mobile platforms.  Here's how: 
      • Log into your Online Banking account
      • Click on the Settings tab
      • Verify that the Current Email Address shown is your valid email address
        • If you need to update your email simply type your new email address into the Change Email and Reenter New Email fields provided and click Submit
      • Next, click on the Services tab
      • Next to Change Of Address click the Continue button
      • Verify that your current Cell Phone number is listed in one of the phone number fields. 
        • If you need to update your phone number, type the number into the field(s) provided and click Submit
    If you need assistance with changing your email address or cell phone number/cell provider, please call 888-706-1228 and speak with a Call Center Representative. We will be happy to help you.
  2. Make sure you have the most current version of your browser.  Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Safari are supported browsers for Online Banking.  Microsoft Internet Explorer is not a supported browser.
  3. Watch for updates.  After the New Year we'll send out more information via email, on our website, and our Facebook page.
