WHAT TO EXPECT ON MAY 11th:
Access Unavailable - May 11th from 8:00 am - approx 1:00 pm CDT
  • On Wednesday, May 11, 2022 our old online and mobile banking systems will be unavailable from approximately 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. You won't be able to log into Online Banking.
  • Our old Mobile App will no longer work.
  • Bill Pay, Credit Card AccessPoint, and eStatements will be unavailable during this time.
  • Your existing eAlerts will no longer work after 5/10/22
1st CCU Anywhere Available - May 11th in the Afternoon
  1. Online Banking Users: When 1st CCU Anywhere goes live, go to 1stccu.com and log in using the same Username and Password you used for the old system.
  2. Mobile App Users: Download the new 1st CCU Anywhere app from your Google Play or App Store (you do not need to be enrolled in Online Banking to use the new Mobile App).  Once downloaded, launch the app and log in using the same Username and Password you used for the old app.
  3. Set Up eAlerts:  eAlerts are not transferring over to the new system - please set up new eAlerts.
  4. Check The FAQ's:  When 1st CCU Anywhere goes live you'll find answers to Frequently Asked Questions about 1st CCU Anywhere on our website.
Important Reminders About The New 1st CCU Anywhere Launch:
  • You'll need to set up new eAlerts
  • Your Login credentials stay the same
  • Account History: 120 days of account history will transfer over to the new system and then your transaction history will build with continued activity. eStatements prior to 120 days will still be available for your reference in the Document section (if you are enrolled in eStatements). 
  • Mobile Check Deposit: Mobile deposit (for qualifying users) will be available after 1st CCU Anywhere goes live. Please note that Mobile Deposit funds are deposited within 1-2 business days. Please use the new required endorsement "1st CCU For Mobile Deposit Only" when depositing a check via the new 1st CCU Anywhere Mobile App.
  • Transactions for ALL your accounts will show on the new 1st CCU Anywhere 'Dashboard'. This is new...the transaction listing will show transactions from ALL your accounts, including the account you are Primary on AND the accounts you are Joint on (i.e. the accounts of your spouse, children). You may view the transactions for a specific account by clicking on the account name in 1st CCU Anywhere.
  • Suppressed Accounts will now be visible: You may have accounts connected to your profile that were suppressed from your view in the old online and mobile systems (example: credit cards you are joint on).  In the new 1st CCU Anywhere system these accounts will now be visible on your Dashboard. If you prefer not to see these accounts on your Dashboard you may suppress them by simply clicking on the account you wish to hide, select 'Settings' and turn off the button next to 'Show In App'.

  • Link to Credit Card online management site from any device  (for viewing AccessPoint on your smart phone please turn your phone so the website is in landscape format for better viewing)

What Stays The Same From Our Old Online Banking System?
  • Your Username and Password will stay the same
  • For Online Bill Pay users, all of your existing Bill Pay settings and payees will transfer over
  • 1st CCU Anywhere offers the convenient money-management features you use to manage your accounts: member-to-member transfers, online check reordering, downloading transactions, eStatement/eNotice/eTax documents, ability to nickname your accounts, ability to place stop payments on checks (Online Banking only), ability to deposit a check (Mobile Banking only), ability to open a new account, and self-service updating of your contact information (address, phone, email)
