  Full-Time Member Service Representative III (40 hrs/wk) - Sparta Office

1st CCU is acepting applications for a full-time MSR III to work in our Sparta office. As an MSR III you are responsible for opening and servicing a variety of accounts, including personal savings and checking, business accounts, trust and estate accounts, representative payee, guardian, and custodial accounts, and IRS accounts.  Also handles decedent accounts, educates members about credit union products and services, and supports and guides other MSRs as needed. Answers member inquiries and resolves issues with professionalism and care. Maintains confidentiality and compliance with all credit union policies and procedures. 2 years of MSR II or equivalent financial experience and proven sales experience required. Knowledge of various office machines/equipment and use of computer and basic mathematical knowledge is required. Valid WI driver's license required.

  Full-Time Member Service Rep I (40 hrs/wk) - West Salem

We're accepting applications for a Member Service Representative I (MSR I) to join our team in West Salem. This is a full-time 40 hour a week position. MSR I provides information on credit union products and services while performing a variety of transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers for members. Answers member inquiries and resolves issues with professionalism and care. Maintains confidentiality and compliance with all credit union policies and procedures. Assists with opening/closing of the Branch. 

Looking for an individual with strong communication and customer service skills, high attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment. High school diploma required. Knowledge of Microsoft office preferred. Knowledge of various office machines/equipment and use of computer. Basic mathematical knowledge required. Valid WI driver's license required.

Are you looking for a new opportunity? 1st CCU is accepting applications for a Call Center Representative (CCR) to work full-time in our West Salem office. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional member service and the ability to work in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. As a CCR you are the first point of contact for our members over the phone. Responsibilities include assisting with account inquiries, processing transactions, providing information about products and services, and resolving issues with professionalism and care. If this sounds like a career that would interest you, we'd like to meet you!  High school diploma required. One year of financial experience required. This position requires a strong computer skill set with the ability to navigate visual diagnostics, troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office programs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve efficiently and effectively. Basic mathematical knowledge required. Valid WI driver's license required.
