The Remote Services Supervisor provides leadership for the strategic development and management of remote services to include mobile, online, and call center services. This position is full time and works out of our West Salem office. This position mainly directs the day to day operational activities of the Call Center Representative and responsible for the planning, coordination, and direction of remote services. To be considered for this position you will need to have a Business-related degree with experience in marketing/sales and/or 5 years of related financial sales management experience.
The Call Center I position serves 1st CCU's membership by providing service and information in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner via telephone or correspondence. Successful candidate should have three years of financial experience, the ability to navigate visual diagnostics, be able to troubleshoot to assist our members, and have a strong computer skill set.
We are hiring for two positions - one in our Tomah office and one in our West Salem office. We are seeking applications with supervisory experience to provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to staff, as well as guiding and advising member service staff in the efficient handling of member needs and accurate transactions processes. This position also provides information on credit union products and services to members and prospective members, performs a wide range of transactional duties to serve members according their financial needs, and works with the Branch Manager to ensure the day to day activity of the member service area is operating efficiently.
High school diploma required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or four years of Member Service Representative II experience required. Proven sales experience, proficient use of office machines, equipment, technology and computer software, Valid WI Driver's License is also required. Proven ability to analyze complicated factual and mathematical situations and apply functional principles and develop solutions.
