Marketing Supervisor - Sparta Office

We are seeking applicants for a Marketing Supervisor. Looking for an individual with enthusiasm, creativity, an ability to see the big picture, some sales experience, and great communication skills. The Marketing Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day marketing functions of the credit union, monitor all marketing programs, promotions and community service activities, and manage execution of advertising across all channels. Ensures consistent and quality branding, and develops and implements member education programs.  Promotes the Credit Union through member contact opportunities and attends community events to promote 1st CCU to prospective members. Monitors community and market trends and supervises marketing staff.   

A Bachelor degree in a Business, Marketing or related field is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and various office machines/equipment, and a proven ability to analyze complicated factual and mathematical situations, apply functional principles, and develop solutions. Valid WI driver's license required.


Mortgage Loan Officer

We are accepting applications for a full-time Mortgage Loan Officer to work in our Sparta, Tomah, or West Salem office. Responsible for interviewing, preparing, and processing home loan applications.  Communicates the loan decisions and assists with answers to members' questions during the loan process.  Assists in implementing quality control, education, policy guidelines, and pricing/logistic standards for the various lending programs to include: Mortgage Portfolio, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.  Developing business relationships is encouraged and expected and we promote a team environment. This position will require flexibility with hours, an outgoing personality and ability to multi-task and thrive on detail and organization. If you have three years of real estate lending experience in a financial environment, we would like to meet you!

Consumer Loan Officer - Tomah Office

We are accepting applications for a full-time Consumer Loan Officer to work in our Tomah office. Responsible for interviewing and evaluating applicants for consumer loans and processing loan applications to completion. Gathers background information, analyzes loan applicant's credit history, approves or denies loan applications based on analysis. Provides information on credit union products, services, and additional loan products. Promotes the credit union to potential members. Develops business contacts. High School diploma required. Three years of MSR or equivalent financial lending experience with a proven ability to cross sell products and services preferred. Knowledge of various office machines/equipment and use of computer (Word, Excel & Access). Proven ability to analyze complicated factual and mathematical situations, apply functional principles, and develop solutions. Valid WI driver's license required. 


Full-Time and Part-Time Member Service Representatives - Sparta and West Salem

We are seeking friendly individuals who would enjoy educating members about products and services while assisting them with various financial transactions. We are looking for an individual that is passionate about member/customer service, likes a team and results oriented environment and has flexible availability. We offer a competitive wage and excellent benefits package.  Qualified candidates will need to have a high school diploma and we prefer prior cash handling experience.
