1st CCU Self Service

When it's time to post a payment to your 1st CCU loan, we offer the following options for your convenience:

1. ONLINE OR MOBILE TRANSFER:  Payment is generally applied the same day with this method. It's available 24/7 when you log into 1st CCU Anywhere Online Banking or the 1st CCU Anywhere Mobile App. You may also schedule recurring automatic payment transfers within online or mobile banking. There is no fee for this option.
2. EXTERNAL ACCOUNT TRANSFER: Enroll in 1st CCU Anywhere Online or Mobile Banking. Set up an External Account (this is a secure link between 1st CCU and your other financial institution).  Schedule recurring transfers from your other financial institution to your loan, or log in each month to manually transfer the payment to your loan. There is no fee from 1st CCU for this option (please consult your other financial institution about possible fees on their end).
3. DEBIT CARD:  Go to 1stccu.com and click the 'Pay Your Loan' link on the home page. On the Self-Service webpage click on 'Pay Your Loan' to be directed to the payment portal. Register for the service, then follow the prompts to authorize a payment from a Debit card. You may set up a one-time payment or automatic recurring payments. There is a fee of up to $4.95 per payment for this service.
4. PAY BY MAIL:  Write a check and send it to 1st Community Credit Union, PO Box 167, Sparta, WI  54656. Payment is generally received and posted in 5-7 business days.  Your only cost is the price of a stamp.
5. PAY IN PERSON:  When you pay your loan payment in person during regular business hours the payment is instantly applied. You may pay at any of our three locations: Sparta, West Salem, or Tomah.
6. NIGHT DROP:  With this option the payment is applied the next business day and there is no fee.  Write a check for the loan payment, find the Night Drop Slot in the drive-up lane of your nearest 1st CCU branch (Sparta, West Salem, or Tomah).  Place your payment and transaction instructions inside an envelope and drop it into the Night Drop Slot.
7. P.A.T.T. TELEPHONE BANKING:  Payment is generally applied the same day with this method, and there is no fee.  P.A.T.T. Telephone Banking is available 24/7.  Call 1-866-876-7288 and use the touchtone or voice response to log into your 1st CCU account. Follow the prompts to authorize a funds transfer from your 1st CCU checking or savings to your 1st CCU loan.
