• • Please remember to set up new eAlerts for your accounts
  • For Mobile Check Deposit, please use the new required endorsement "1st CCU For Mobile Deposit Only" when depositing a check via 1st CCU Anywhere Mobile App.

• • Transaction Card (if you have added it to the dashboard) shows transactions from ALL your accounts, including the account you are Primary on AND the accounts you are Joint on (i.e. the accounts of your spouse, children). You may view the transactions for a specific account by clicking on the account name in 1st CCU Anywhere, OR for accounts you don't wish to see the transactions you can go into the account and toggle to "do not display transactions".

  • Suppressed Accounts will now be visible: You may have accounts connected to your profile that were suppressed from your view in the old online and mobile systems (example: credit cards you are joint on).  In the new 1st CCU Anywhere system these accounts will now be visible on your Dashboard. If you prefer not to see these accounts on your Dashboard you may suppress them by simply clicking on the account you wish to hide, select 'Settings' and turn off the button next to 'Show In App'.
