Set Your Browser SSL (Security Sockets Layer)

Due to the updates, you may need to update your browser security settings.

If you are unable to access the CU ONLINE Home Banking page, you may be using

an older version of a browser and you will need to enable TLS 1.0.  For Internet Explorer browsers, follow these steps:

1.  Log onto the internet

2.  Click on tools on the tool bar

3. Click on Internet Options

4. Click on the Advanced Tab at the top of the window

5. Scroll down toward the bottom until you see USE TLS 1.0

6. Place a check in the box

7. Click on Apply

8. Click OK

After you have enabled TLS 1.0, try to visit CU Online Banking again. 

If you use another browser, access your Internet Options-Advanced tool and place a checkmark in the TLS 1.0 box.

Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor Authentication is a 'second layer' of security to safeguard the privacy of your personal information.  Two-Factor Authentication will allow you to verify that you are in the correct CU Online site, and not a phishing or pharming web site.  If you have a joint account, make sure both you and the joint owner know the answers to the five challenge questions you select.  Also keep in mind that the answers to the challenge questions are case-sensitive, so each member who has access to the account will need to know if answers are typed with upper-case or lower-case letters.

The one-time set up process takes just a few minutes of your time:

Step 1 - Select a security image from 50 provided images

Step 2 - Select the type of challenge questions to answer

Step 3 - Answer the challenge questions (answers are case-sensitive)

Step 4 - Select whether or not to authorize your computer
