E-STATEMENTS

You may access your Periodic Account Statements online via any internet connection through CU Online internet banking. Upon enrolling in eStatements, all future statements will be archived on our secure website for up to 18 months. We also offer Credit Card eStatements.

Secure
Your statements are accessed through our secure CU Online home banking service. The statement won’t sit in your unattended mailbox, and you won’t need to find a secure place to file it or dispose of it. Statements are archived online and you may print them, save them on your personal computer, or leave them stored in the archive.

Convenient
You’ll receive a monthly email reminder when your statement is ready, and you’ll be able to view it online at your convenience.

Voluntary
If you prefer to receive paper statements you don’t need to do a thing and there will be no changes in the way your statements are mailed.

Free
If you are already signed up for online banking you may enroll immediately. Log into online banking and click on the word eStatement at the bottom of the screen. Complete the convenient online enrollment form and submit it. Enrollments submitted by the 27th of the month will receive an email when their statement is available and will access their next stateme nt electronically.

E-Statement FAQ

How do I enroll in eStatements and stop my paper statements?
The enrollment link is located within 1st CCU's secure Online Banking system.  Log in and click on E-Statements at the bottom of the summary screen.  Follow the instructions for getting the passcode, then read the disclosure.  Click the I Agree button to complete your enrollment.  Once you are enrolled, clicking the E-Statements link will take you directly to the statements that are available for viewing.  
Can I view my eStatement immediately after signing up?
Yes, your statements should be available to view immediately.
How do I view my eStatement?
Go to www.1stccu.com and log into Online Banking with your User Name and Password. Click on the word Statements at the bottom of the screen, and then click on the statement you wish to view.
How will I know when a new statement is available?

If you have an account that receives monthly statements, a new statement will be ready to view on or around the first business day of each month.  (For accounts with quarterly statements a new statement will be available at the beginning of January, April, July, and October)    As a courtesy, you will receive an email notification that your statement is available for viewing.  The email is sent to the email address on file at the credit union.

What if I am not signed up to access Online Banking?
E-statements are only accessible through our secure Online Banking system.  To enroll in Online Banking, request an application at the credit union or print one here.  The application must be signed by all owners of the account.
Is my account information protected from others viewing it?
Yes, Our secure Online Banking system is protected with the latest security features.
What if I accidentally delete my email notification that my statement is ready? Can I still view it?
The email is simply a notification; you do not need it to access your eStatement. Access your statement normally through Online Banking.
What if I no longer want to receive my statement electronically? How do I stop receiving eStatements?
You can switch back to the paper version of your statements at any time. Contact a credit union representative by phone at 608-269-8121 or email general@1stccu.com and ask to change your statements back to paper.
Can I have my eStatement email notification sent to two different email addresses?
We can only send your eStatement notification to one email address.
How can I get a paper copy of my statement?
You can print any statement from your library of available statements. While viewing the statement in Adobe Acrobat (or similar pdf viewing program) select File/Print from the menu bar or click on the printer icon.  You may also request a paper copy of your statement any time for a fee by calling the credit union.
Can joint members activate eStatements?
Yes, any member on the account may log into Online Banking and click the E-Statements link to activate eStatements.
How do I notify the credit union of my new email address?
You may contact a credit union representative by calling 608-269-8121, 608-786-2420, or toll-free 888-706-1228; or email general@1stccu.com.
