e-Statements: Enroll Today!

Secure
Your statements are accessed through our secure CU Online home banking service. The statement won’t sit in your unattended mailbox, and you won’t need to find a secure place to file it or dispose of it. Statements are archived online and you may print them, save them on your personal computer, or leave them stored in the archive.

Convenient
You’ll receive a monthly email reminder when your statement is ready, and you’ll be able to view it online at your convenience.

Voluntary
If you prefer to receive paper statements you don’t need to do a thing and there will be no changes in the way your statements are mailed.

Free
If you are already signed up for online banking you may enroll immediately. Log into online banking and click on the word eStatement at the bottom of the screen. Complete the convenient online enrollment form and submit it. Enrollments submitted by the 27th of the month will receive an email when their statement is available and will access their next statement electronically.

E-Statement FAQ

How do I enroll in eStatements and stop my paper statements?
Click on the 'Enroll Now' button above and complete the simple online enrollment form, entering the account number of the account(s) you wish to enroll in eStatements and your contact information. Select YES to elect to receive your statements electronically, and Yes to agree to the Terms and Conditions before clicking the Submit button. You should see a message confirming your successful enrollment.
Can I view my eStatement immediately after signing up?
Access to eStatements will be set up within three or four days following your completion of the online enrollment form. Enrollments received after 12:00pm CST on the final business day of the month could be delayed until the following statement cycle. When enrollment has been completed you should be able to view your statements in Online Banking.
What is my account number?
This can be found in several places:
  • It is listed on your paper statement – enter the 8-digit account number with no dashes or spaces.
  • On a loan coupon book – enter the first 8 digits, using no dashes or spaces.
  • You may request your account number by contacting 1st CCU in person and presenting photo ID or two other forms of identification.
Is my account information protected from others viewing it?
Your eStatements are viewable only through our secure Online Banking system and protected with the latest security features and your chosen passwords.
How do I view my eStatement?
Go to www.1stccu.com and log into Online Banking with your User Name and Password. Click on the word Statements at the bottom of the screen, and then click on the statement you wish to view.
What if I accidentally delete my email notification that my statements are ready? Can I still view them?
The email is simply a notification; you do not need it to access your eStatement. Access your statement normally through Online Banking.
What if I no longer want to receive my statement electronically? How do I stop receiving eStatements?
You can switch back to the paper version of your statements at any time. Contact a credit union representative by phone at 608-269-8121 or email general@1stccu.com and ask to change your statements back to paper.
Can I have my eStatement email notification sent to two different email addresses?
We can only send your eStatement notification to one email address.
How can I get a paper copy of my statement?
You can print any statement from your library of available statements. While viewing the statement in Adobe Acrobat (or similar pdf viewing program) select File/Print from the menu bar or click on the printer icon.

You may also request a paper copy of your statement any time for a fee by calling the credit union.

Can joint members sign the enrollment form for eStatements?
Yes, any member on the membership account can sign an account up for eStatements.
How do I notify the credit union of my new email address?
You may contact a credit union representative by calling 608-269-8121, 608-786-2420, or toll-free 888-706-1228; or email general@1stccu.com.
When, during the month, will my eStatement be available online for my viewing?
Your eStatement will be available approximately the first business day of the month if you receive monthly statements. For members receiving quarterly statements it will be around the first business day of January, April, July, and October.
