eAlerts Guide

  • Log into CU Online Home Banking

  • Click on My Account

  • Click on Change my Alerts to reach the Alert Maintenance screen

  • Enter your email address and/or your cell phone's text message address. If you enter only your e-mail address you must choose "Receive via E-mail" from the drop down box of the alerts that you wish to receive. If you only enter your cell phone text message address you will need to choose "Receive via Text Message" for the alerts you wish to receive. Entering both addresses will allow you to choose E-mail or Text Message depending on where you'd like each alert to be sent.

    NOTE: The Text Message Address is your phone number + your cell provider's standard SMS text message address. See Frequently Asked Questions for clarification

  • Use the drop down boxes to enable the eAlerts you prefer to receive by choosing either Receive Via Email or Receive Via Text Message. For alerts that you do not want to receive leave the setting at No.

  • Please enable the Successful Login alert the first time you set up your alerts (this is for testing your setup; if you wish, you may change this setting when you have verified that the alerts are working)

  • When you have finished selecting your alert settings click on Save Changes

  • Log out of Home Banking and log back in to test the alerts

  • You should receive a Successful Login eAlert shortly after logging back into Home Banking. If you do not receive an alert, see our Frequently Asked Questions for assistance.
